What you will learn

Method Books

The method book that will be used is published by Hal Leonard. 

Both acoustic and electric guitar are extremely rewarding instruments to play.  Every band has at least one of these instruments, and every skill of guitar player can pick one up and find a piece of music or book that will help them grow and feel rewarded.

Students will learn how to hold, tune, and play the guitar. Since each student is uniquely different progression through books, songs, and exercises will depend on the student and their practicing.

Students will learn how to practice efficiently which includes what and how much to practice.

students will be taught theory that is at their level, as well as where to find music that will challenge them outside of the book.
